How to quick access the form
1 look at the address bar of this form, it will be this, below
http://www.jotformpro.com/andypenn/consol Now look to the beginning of the text between the back space arrow and the text you will see an emblem (it maybe ghosted out) this is called an avicon.
2 Simply using your mouse normal click on the avicon and drag this to your desktop. This will create a direct link to the form. Click the icon it will launch your web browser (if not already open) and go directley to this form.
How to enter and save data to the form
1. From your desktop right click any blank area and select "NEW" then select "TEXT DOCUMENT"
2. Rename the document to "weekly work load" or anything you wish to name it by.
3. Then use this file to document your work, Subject, brief explanation. (DONT FORGET TO SAVE (NOT SAVE AS) EACH TIME DATA IS ADDED TO THE FILE) A reference number is auto genarated and you will only need to date the item if it is older that 1 day.
4. When you are ready to submit simply copy and paste all the data from the text document to the form. To do this goto the top of your file page, select "EDIT" then "SELECT ALL" then reselect "EDIT" then "COPY" (or ctrl + C) then place your mouse cursor on the text area of the form and either reselect "EDIT" and select "PASTE" (or Ctrl + V) on your keyboard. This will populate the form text field with your data.
Should you wish to send a link or wish to link to a particular page.
5.Once you have the address copied into the form, look to the top toolbar (above your paste) and you will see a chain link icon, click this and a pop up box will appear, simply re-paste your link address and click ok. This has created a link the text on the form should now be blue and underlined.
Saving your data
6 Either delete all the data from the file and reuse this file over again or create a secound text file thus giving you your own personal copy.(see 6)
7. A copy of what you have submitted will be auto sent to all committee members, and suggest you create a folder to store the reports in.
